Professional quality fully insulated VDE cable shears forged from special hardened and tempered tool steel. The cutting edges have been precision ground and hardened for a longer life. These pliers are suitable for cutting, stripping and dismantling. Individually tested to 10,000v and insulated to 1000v AC and 1500v DC for live line working.
